Ethiopia produces some of the most unique and fascinating coffees in the world.
This is a medium roasted coffee and has a strong dry edge, winy to fruit

We roast our espresso bean just right to preserve the aroma
and sugars. The crème
should be dark reddish-brown, smooth & thick. A perfect espresso should
be enjoyable straight (no additives) yet bold enough to not disappear
in milk. A pleasant and aromatic aftertaste should linger
on the palate for several
minutes after consumption.
