Drawing and painting has always been a part of my life. It has been a way for me to express my individuality. My art is intensely personal. The selection of a particular scene or piece of landscape is the main vehicle to express how I react to the environment as a symbol of life's energy. My intent is to use landscape images as a way of transmitting my joy, awe, and calm in the presence of nature.
