LAURA SCHLESSINGER will appear at the Top
Dog Coffee Bar on Saturday, July 10, from
4 to 6pm.
To welcome the nationally syndicated
radio host, the Top Dog will be hosting a block party on
Morro Bay's Main Street (between 4 and 6 pm). Listen

Blues
musicians Lenny Blue
and the Otter Guys will perform at the
block party, Clayhouse Wines will be there with their unique
wines, and the Morro Bay Police Department will be barbecuing
with proceeds going toward funding their very own K-9 Unit.
Dr. Laura will be there showcasing her new line of custom-made
women's purses and totes. These beatuiful bags have been
personally designed and handcrafted by
Dr Laura herself, using the burlap
bags in which Top Dog coffee is shipped. See
many of the bags here. Customers will also be able to send her a photo
of their dog, and Dr.
Laura
will handcraft a bag featuring their pet. A portion of the proceeds
from the sale of all purses will go to Operation
Family Fund,
which
provides support for the injured and the families of those injured
or killed in the global war on terrorism.
